Who may (and may not) jump?

Jumping at Jumpsquare is for everyone in principle. Whether you’re looking for a fun and active outing with the kids, a day out with the entire family, a fun activity with a group of friends or an original date, jumping is the perfect choice!

Jumping is a form of aerobic exercise and therefore intensive and physically demanding. So those with a medical condition should not jump in order to prevent injury to themselves and others. This includes pregnant women. Jumpsquare offers professional trampolines suitable for persons up to 120 kilos in weight. The minimum age for using the trampolines is 6 years. If in doubt, we reserve the right to ask for proof of age. So make sure to bring documentation with you to avoid disappointment. If you're not 6 years old yet, come to Mini Jump! This is jumping at designated time slots for the very youngest jumpers, ages 2 to 6 years.

From the age of 16, you can sign the ‘Liability and Release’ form and jump without adult supervision.

Young people ages 12 to 15 years can jump without supervision, but must bring a ‘Liability and Release’ form signed by an adult (18+).

Young people ages 7 to 11 years may only jump under adult supervision. The adult must sign the ‘Liability and Release’ form and must supervise the jumper from the terrace while jumping.
